Education and training on trauma. You will work with a buddy during the retreat during breathwork and somatic processes

Support to find and develop your unique gifts to hold energetically safe and clean spaces for your self to heal.

Learn what it takes to hold a room with confidence and presence. This module builds your ability to lead a breathwork group safely and effectively, from setting the tone to guiding participants through the full arc of the experience.
Safety comes first. This module covers the physical and psychological contraindications you need to be aware of when facilitating group breathwork, so you can screen participants appropriately and respond with confidence.
Not everything can, or should, be held in a group setting. This module explores the boundaries of group facilitation, helping you recognise when an issue calls for one-on-one support or referral elsewhere.
Timing shapes the whole experience. This module develops your ability to pace a session well, holding space without rushing, while still keeping the group moving through each stage.
The sharing circle is where integration begins. This module teaches you how to hold a circle that feels safe and inclusive, allowing every voice to be heard while keeping the group contained.
The work doesn't end when the breathing does. This module covers practical techniques to support participants as they integrate their experience, helping the insights and shifts from the session take root.
Know your limits, and your team. This module explores what group size you can safely and effectively hold alone, and when it's time to bring in a co-facilitator.

Develop the skills to lead transformative group sessions and make a positive impact on others.

My interest in Breathwork began over 15 years ago when I attended my first Rebirthing training retreat with Leonard Orr and Pauline Win. It opened my eyes, woke me up and changed my life forever. I have participated in decades of my own deep transformational healing work and have studied Psychology, Naturopathy, many different forms of Breathwork, Somatic Bodywork, Processwork and Tantra Breath. I am a Creative Artist, Mother, Entrepreneur and Adventurer.
After years of holding space for people to let go of and transform old patterns, belief systems and trauma, I have developed my own style of Breathwork training that is endorsed by the Australian Breathwork Association and Rebirth International.
Our retreat is led by Creative Breathwork founder, Redlyn, and is supported by at least 2 other Creative Breathwork facilitators.
Our Level 4 Group Facilitation module provides the training and support you need to become a skilled facilitator.
