You will be working one-on-one with a qualified Creative Breathwork Underwater facilitator. You will have individual and group sessions of water breathwork.
Support
Support to find and develop your unique gifts to hold energetically safe and clean spaces for your self to heal. This retreat is small and intimate with only 6 participants allowed.
Creative Breathwork Retreat
Outcomes
Demonstrate understanding of the stages of an underwater breathwork session. Forgiving yourself and the others in your life whose actions have hurt you. Learn to execute an hour-long breathing cycle with a snorkel and nose clip under warm water. Expressing repressed rage, grief, guilt, fear, shame and being free of the heavy burden of these emotions. Understand contraindications and limitations of water breathwork. Reclaiming and feeling safe in your body. Setting strong boundaries. Differentiate between warm water breathwork and cold water breathwork.
Completion of Levels 1, 2, and Mentorship.
Attendance to at least one underwater breathwork retreat.
Completion of a first aid certificate from a recognized first aid provider.
Application for insurance.
Successful Graduation from Level 3
Successful graduation qualifies you to commence facilitating one-on- one sessions with clients and to apply for professional membership of the Australian Breathwork Association.
To become a group facilitator you must complete level 4 Group facilitator training.
Graduation Requirements for Level 3
Once these steps are successfully completed, it will qualify you to become a facilitator of Breathwork. You will be able get membership as a breathwork therapist with the Australian Breathwork Association.

Meet your guide, Redlyn
My interest in Breathwork began over 15 years ago when I attended my first Rebirthing training retreat with Leonard Orr and Pauline Win. It opened my eyes, woke me up and changed my life forever. I have participated in decades of my own deep transformational healing work and have studied Psychology, Naturopathy, many different forms of Breathwork, Somatic Bodywork, Processwork and Tantra Breath. I am a Creative Artist, Mother, Entrepreneur and Adventurer.
After years of holding space for people to let go of and transform old patterns, belief systems and trauma, I have developed my own style of Breathwork training that is endorsed by the Australian Breathwork Association and Rebirth International.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to have any prior knowledge or have participated in breathwork?
No, this is perfect for beginners. But also we welcome people who are practiced in other styles of breathwork.
Can I do this pregnant?
In the 2nd trimester yes you can do this course. If you are in your 3rd trimester it is recommended to do the theory part and wait until after birth to resume the breathing.
Is this a certification course?
This retreat is ideal for aspiring practitioners as well as individuals seeking to deepen their personal practice. For those pursuing certification, attending the retreat counts towards the necessary steps. Learn more about the practitioner training program.
Is there public transport to the retreat?
Our retreat space is off grid in the bush, there is no public transport, you will need a car or we will help organise a lift with a student facilitator from the nearest train station.
Can couples or family members come together?
Yes we regularly have couples attend the retreat together and we once had someone bring their 80 year old grandmother it was beautiful!
I have heard that Breathwork is really ntense with lots of screaming and crying involved, is this correct?
There are many different types of Breathwork. The Breathwork we teach is first and foremost gentle nasal breathing to regulate your nervous system and once you feel more regulated the breathwork can become more activated. We work with where you are at and never push you beyond. Reach out if you have more questions about this.
I am on medication, would you recommend this course?

Are the facilitators trauma informed?
Yes our facilitators each have over 10 years experience supporting people to gently shift old emotional baggage. You will never be pushed or asked to go past your own boundaries.
I have dietary requirements, will the chef be able to accommodate my needs?
Yes our chef is happy to adjust the menu to suit just about any dietary requirements.
